In order for the Assessment Department to process your request, we will need proof of Identity.

Change of Address
If you are requesting a Change of address, please attach a copy of a valid photo ID FOR EVERY OWNER OF THE PROPERTY.

We will NOT process your address change without it.

Change in Bank Code
If you are requesting a removal of a bank code, please be sure to attach a valid photo ID along with a mortgage satisfaction letter.

If you are requesting a change of bank code, please be sure to attach a valid photo ID along with a letter that proves that you are no longer with the previous bank and/or that a new bank has taken over the mortgage.

We will not process any changes without the proper documentation.
