Dear Property Owner and/or Property Representative,
Instead of mailing the RP-420-a/b-Renewal Forms, i.e., I-Organization Purpose & II-Property Use, that you are required to complete annually, we are asking you to voluntarily file your I-Organization Purpose & II-Property Use RP-420-a/b-Renewal Forms for each applicable parcel you own securely online after April 10th.
Failure to file each renewal form for each parcel may result in the loss of your RP-420-a/b Property Tax Exemption.
You are strongly encouraged to complete both forms online annually before September 15th.
NOTE: If you prefer not to file online, we can email you the fillable forms. Please send your request, and upon completion of your forms, please submit to AssessmentSupport@yonkersny.gov.
Online Application Instructions
1) Complete Everything on page 1 of Part 1-Organization Purpose, Except the Signature & Date . Please make sure to complete title next to the signature.

2) Be sure to Complete the type of Change Number and Explanation on page 2 as part of 1-Organization Purpose if Applicable.
3) Everything that applies from the first page will be automatically copied to Section 1 of 2-Property Use.
Please make sure you fill in the Name of Contact Person and Title (next to the signature) on page 3.
4) Answer question 2 on page 3.
5) Once the form is complete, click on bottom right to submit and Sign.
6) A pop up will appear to add optional additional documentation (PDFs only). If you do not have any documentation to attach, please click on skip.
7) Enter your signature information, then click next. Then click apply signature. Make sure to review your document.
8) If all is correct, Click Finalize & Submit.
9) Expect to Receive a Submission Completed email, i.e., submission confirmation, from SeamlessDocs <noreply@seamlessdocs.com>, with a copy of your electronically signed submission to confirm that you are done for each applicable parcel owned with a Non-Profit 420 a/b exemption.
